Garment Condition Ratings

PERFECT - The rental is in new condition, no faults and at full hire price.

GREAT - The rental is in great condition, worn a couple times. Not new condition but minimal to no signs of wear. Full hire price.

VERY GOOD - The rental is in very good condition, worn a few of times with to be expected rental condition/minor wear and tear. Full hire price.

GOOD - The rental is in good condition, wear to material overtime such as pilling. Repairs and/or marks in discreet areas. Price is lowered to match.

OKAY - The rental is in okay condition, wear to material overtime such as fading, repairs, pulls, pilling or marks. These pieces continue to be rented due to high demand/hard to find. Price is lowered to match.
