Postal Orders

We will notify you when your rental has been sent with your tracking number.  All garments MUST be sent back in the return postage bag you received with your garment on arrival.  Hand this over the counter at your nearest Official NZ Post Shop by 3pm on the next available weekday, unless otherwise arranged.  Late fees may apply for overdue returns.

Postal orders for weekends are sent out Monday to Thursday with overnight but are due to be placed by Wednesday 12pm. If you have booked after this time we are unable to fulfill your order and it will be cancelled and refunded. Postal orders for weekdays are sent out 2-3 days prior to your event date, or up to 5 days prior in the case of weekends and/or public holidays.
