Pick up / Drop off
Collection and return is in Rolleston, Christchurch.
All local garments must be returned to the same location by 6:00pm on the next available weekday, unless an alternative return time has been arranged with Boutique Brags in advance.
Your confirmed return date and time will also be stated on the thank-you card included with your garment. Late fees may apply to overdue returns.
If you need to return your garment by post instead, prior communication with Boutique Brags is required. Additional postage or delivery charges may apply.
Local Booking Cut-Off
Local orders for weekend events must be placed by 12:00pm Friday.
If you place a local order after this cut-off, we may be unable to fulfil your booking and it may be cancelled and refunded.
Collection Times
For weekend events, local pickups are available from Wednesday to Friday.
For weekday events, pickups are generally available 1–3 days before your event date.
You will receive an email once your rental is ready for collection. This email will include the collection address and detailed pickup instructions.
Please do not attempt to collect your garment before receiving your collection confirmation, as your garment may not yet be ready.
