Try Ons

We do try ons a little differently to other companies! We offer pick up try ons if you are local (we do not offer postal try ons). These run from Mondays - Fridays with times being flexible.

You’ll get to collect up to 5 garments max, subject to availability, to try on. You’ll need to return them within a couple hours after pick up, eg pick up at 2pm return at 5pm. You can either take them home to try on, or some girls that live further away from our location of Rolleston choose to take them to The Warehouse in Rolleston to try them on in their changing rooms to avoid long car trips.

 There is a fee of $10.00 no matter how many you collect at the one time. If you decide to come another day due to stock availability, or if you choose to try on another 1-5 garments right after your first try on selection, this will total to another $5 fee. This fee is not redeemable and your try on isn’t confirmed or secured until you have provided proof of payment. No shows and cancellations the same day will not be refunded.

Availability is constantly changing, therefore we usually don’t book a try on in for outside of a weeks time. There’s a chance that a garment you have secured and booked to try on is no longer available. In this case you’ll be refunded the $5 fee, unless you would like to reschedule, continue to try on the other pieces you secured (if you did), or would now like to choose other pieces instead.

If the garment/s are returned with an odour, makeup, tan, etc, you’ll be charged the rental fee. So please make sure you do not have any perfume, makeup, tan, etc on your body whilst trying on our garments.
