Try Ons

We do try ons a little differently to other companies! We offer local pickup try ons only — we do not offer postal try ons. Try ons are available Monday to Friday, with appointment times being flexible.

You can collect up to 5 garments maximum, subject to availability, to try on. Garments must be returned within a couple of hours of collection. For example, if you collect at 2:00pm, they must be returned by 5:00pm.

You can either take the garments home to try them on, or, if you live further away from our Rolleston location, some customers choose to take them to The Warehouse in Rolleston and use the changing rooms to avoid making multiple long trips.

There is a $15.00 try-on fee, regardless of how many garments you collect at one time.

If you choose to come back on another day due to stock availability, or if you decide to try on another 1–5 garments immediately after your first selection, this will incur another $15.00 try-on fee.

The try-on fee is non-redeemable. Your try-on appointment is not confirmed or secured until proof of payment has been provided.

No-shows will not be refunded.

Try-On Availability

Our garment availability is constantly changing, so we generally do not book try-ons more than one week in advance.

There is a possibility that a garment you have secured for a try-on may become unavailable before your appointment. If this happens, your $15.00 try-on fee will be refunded, unless you would prefer to:

  • Reschedule your try-on
  • Continue with the other garments you have secured, if applicable
  • Choose alternative garments instead

Garment Care During Try Ons

Please ensure you have no perfume, makeup, fake tan or other products on your body when trying on our garments.

If garments are returned with an odour, makeup, fake tan or other staining as a result of the try-on, you will be charged the applicable rental fee.

To book a local pickup try-on, please contact us via Instagram DM or email with the garments you would like to try on. We will then let you know our next available appointment times.
