When selecting your rental dates, the first date entered should be the date of your event/when you are wearing the garment. To ensure we can keep turnaround times to a minimum, rentals must be returned on the next available weekday and that is your return date. Any additional days may be charged extra or your rental may be cancelled. If you wish to make an extended booking, please contact us.

(Drop off and pick up) Collection and return is in Rolleston Christchurch. All garments must be returned to the same location by 6pm the next available weekday, unless otherwise arranged. Local orders must be placed by Friday 12pm for each weekend. Pick ups are 1-3 days prior to your event date.

(Postal) We will notify you with your tracking number. All garments must be sent back in the return postage bag. Hand this over the counter at an Official NZ Post Shop by 3pm the next available weekday, unless arranged otherwise. Postal orders are sent out 2-3 days prior to your event date, or up to 5 days prior for rural selected delivery or the case of weekends and/or public holidays.
